Personalized Pilates sessions in the comfort of your own home. We bring the studio to you. Choose from 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month.

All you need for these is an internet connection, a device (tablet or laptop), a mat, pillow, and chair.

Purchase Your Pilates Package

New Clients can take advantage of our intro package. Four Pilates sessions to get you started. Membership options start at 4 sessions per month, billed monthly. Please contact us to get started and receive our rate sheet.

Schedule Your Pilates Sessions

After you complete our intake paperwork and pay your invoice you will receive a link to schedule your sessions. You decide how you want to use your sessions each month.

Take advantage of our intro package. 4 private Pilates sessions at a reduced introductory price.

We ask that you commit to a minimum of 4 sessions your first month. We recommend one session per week and will ask you to commit to 10 minutes of homework 2x per week. This combination of in-studio and at-home practice leads to measurable results.
