Studio Policies

We accept cash, AmEx, Visa, and MasterCard.
Sessions are by appointment only.
Payment is due before the start of your session.
No refunds on purchases.

As a service to our clients, we do offer standing appointment options.

All packages have expiration dates from first day of use;
Intro offers expire in one month from purchase date.

Memberships are billed monthly. Sessions do not roll over and must be used within the 30-days period. All memberships are for a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-months memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice in writing by emailing contact@pilatesates.com.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged, all scheduled sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time. For membership holders we allow a 14-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be made in writing by text, emailing contact@pilatesatenas.com, or using the button in your appointment confirmation email to cancel.

When you book your first session, you will be required to sign our liability waiver and accept our studio policies. You can view the full cancellation policy and liability waiver HERE.
