Private sessions and small group classes are by appointment only.

Pilates Atenas offers in-studio, virtual, and home bookings Tuesday to Saturday by appointment. We also offer group mat Pilates classes.

We run on a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes to your booked session, please do so 24 hours before your booking in order to not lose your pre-paid session.
