More than a Pilates class

Global Gals Pilates is a small-group movement program designed for women who want to feel stronger, more connected, and supported.

Whether you've recently moved to a new country, are navigating a life transition, or simply want to prioritize your well-being, this six-week experience combines personalized Pilates instruction with a welcoming community of women from around the world.

Each week you'll join a live virtual Pilates class focused on building strength, mobility, and confidence in your body. With a maximum of eight participants, you'll receive individualized attention while also benefiting from the encouragement and accountability of a supportive group.

This is movement designed to fit real life. No previous Pilates experience is required. Just bring yourself and a willingness to begin.

  • 60 minutes weekly on Zoom

  • 6 weekly classes per cohort

  • $132 USD ($22 per class)

  • Access to recording if you miss class

  • Optional bonus homework — just 15 mins, 2–3x per week

Classes meet once a week for six weeks total.

If you miss a session, you can still do optional 15-minute workouts 2-3 times a week to stay on track.

Yes! The class is designed for all levels, focusing on gentle strength and movement.

Each class is $22 or $132 for the full six-week course.

Hi, I’m Amy Loder. I have been practicing Pilates for 22+ years and believe it is truly movement for life. Once you start, you keep practicing for each phase of your life. Movement is medicine.

I am a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher living in Atenas, Costa Rica. Ifounded my studio in 2023 and teach clients virtually and in-person.

I am here to support your movement journey.
