We're thrilled you're thinking about starting your journey with us! Intro sessions are available in-studio or virtually.

If you are brand new to our studio or Pilates, we require that you start with our discounted private sessions. Introductory private sessions will familiarize you with our studio, allow us to get to know your body and focus on your fitness goals.

Private sessions are the best way to perfect your form and prepare for group sessions.

Ready for your 1st class?


Arrive a few minutes before your session to get comfortable.

If you are taking class virtually make sure your all set with zoom a few minutes before your session


Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Not too flowy or loose and not too tight.

Leggings or fitted shorts for maximum flexibility & a top that is comfortable and allows you to move freely.


Every body is different. We want to create a workout specifically for your body and needs.

Share injuries, pregnancy or any special circumstances with your instructor prior to your session.
